Is Goddess Greetings a green company?
 
Yes, Goddess Greetings is proud to be a green company!  Please read Our Commitment for more details.
 
How do I order?
 
If you are customer wishing to purchase our products, please direct the owner/buyer of your favorite store to our website so they can carry Goddess Greetings.  If you are a retail establishment wishing to purchase wholesale, you may set up a wholesale account with Goddess Greetings.  Once approved, we will provide you login information to access the online wholesale catalog with a secure shopping cart.  We offer four convenient ways to purchase from us!

Can I request a catalog without signing up for a wholesale account?
 
We only provide catalogs and free samples to customers that are approved for wholesale accounts first.
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
 
You may pay with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal or money order.
 
Can I arrange a purchase order?
 
If you are a buyer for an established chain or franchise and wish to place an order for several store locations, please contact us to discuss a purchase order.
 
How long will it take to fill my order?
 
For continental US and Canada orders, please allow 3-6 weeks.  For reorders, please allow 1-2 weeks.
 
Do I have to sign a contract with you in order to sell Goddess Greetings products in my store?
 
No!  We want to make this as easy on you as possible, because we understand that as a store owner, you wear many hats.  It is our hope that dealing with Goddess Greetings will be effortless and a pleasant experience from the very beginning!
 
Are you hiring reps?
 
Yes, we are currently accepting rep applications.  Please contact admin@goddessgreetings.com for further information.
 
What are your wholesale minimums?
 
We don’t require that you order minimums of any of our products.  We offer multiple convenient wholesale packages to purchase from.
 
What do I do with any unsold cards or prints?
 
We gladly offer you full credit for any unsold prints or cards when you place a reorder!  When you place your reorder, through any of our convenient ordering options, please mention that you will be returning unsold cards and/or prints.  Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your account will be credited and will go towards future reorders.
 
How do you calculate shipping?
 
Your order will ship from Virginia Beach, VA and the cost is calculated by weight and postal zip code.
 
What are my shipping options?
 
Goddess Greetings ships through UPS.
 
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
 
If your shipment contains damaged goods, please contact us within 10 business days of receipt.  Reporting the damage allows us to submit a claim to UPS.  Please keep the original packaging material and the damaged product in the shape that it arrived to you so UPS can inspect the damage to determine the costs.  This process usually takes approximately 3-5 business days after UPS receives the required documentation.  A new order will be shipped after this process is completed.
 
I want to return part or all of my order.  Can I get a refund?
 
We accept returns due to shipping errors.  If your order arrived damaged, please see ‘What happens if my order arrives damaged’ on this page.  Returns for other reasons are handled on an individual basis and require a return authorization number.  If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, we would love to hear from you to resolve the issue.
 
Do the printed ink colors perfectly match the colors shown online?
 
The colors you see on our website depend on the settings of your computer monitor.  Our online catalog images have also been compressed to a lower quality image for speedy downloading purposes.
 
How can I sign up for your newsletter?
 
It’s simple!  Enter your email address in the newsletter box on our home page.
 
Does Goddess Greetings share my information with other companies or sell my information?
 
Goddess Greetings only shares your information with our merchant service provider in order to process your order.  Although we do keep retailer contact and shipping information in our secure database, we do not sell or rent your information to anyone for any reason.
