Where are your products printed and distributed?
All of our card and print products are proudly made in the U.S.A! The backs of our cards also proudly state this.
How do I order?
We conveniently offer PDF order forms for both wholesale and retail customers. The PDF order forms can be downloaded and printed. Browse through our website, write down your order and send it to us through email, fax or by calling our toll free # 877-835-5960.
Do you provide catalogs?
We currently do not provide catalogs. All of our products are conveniently listed here at our website.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You may pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal or money order.
Can I arrange a purchase order?
If you are a buyer for an established chain or franchise and wish to place an order for several store locations, please contact us to discuss a purchase order.
How long will it take to fill my order?
For continental US and Canada orders, please allow 3-6 weeks. For international orders, please allow 6-8 weeks.
Do I have to sign a contract with you in order to sell Goddess Greetings products in my store?
No! We want to make this as easy on you as possible, because we understand that as a store owner, you wear many hats. It is our hope that dealing with Goddess Greetings will be effortless and a pleasant experience from the very beginning!

What are your wholesale minimums?
Our cards and prints may be purchased in quantities of 6 or 12 for wholesale clients.
What do I do with unsold cards or prints?
We gladly offer you full credit for any unsold prints or cards when you place a reorder! When you place your reorder, through any of our convenient ordering options, please mention on the wholesale order form that you will be returning unsold cards and/or prints. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your account will be credited and will go towards future reorders.
How do you calculate shipping?
Shipping is calculated by the number of pieces ordered. A shipping structure is included in our order form instructions.
What are my shipping options?
Goddess Greetings ships with UPS.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your shipment contains damaged goods, please contact us within 10 business days of receipt. Reporting the damage allows us to submit a claim to UPS. Please keep the original packaging material and the damaged product in the shape that it arrived to you so UPS can inspect the damage to determine the costs. This process usually takes approximately 3-5 business days after UPS receives the required documentation. A new order will be shipped after this process is completed.
I want to return part or all of my order. Can I get a refund?
We accept returns due to shipping errors. Returns for other reasons are handled on an individual basis and require a return authorization number. If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, we would be happy to hear from you to resolve the issue.
Do the printed ink colors perfectly match the colors shown online?
The colors you see on our website depend on the settings of your computer monitor. Our online catalog images have also been compressed to a lower quality image for speedy downloading purposes.

Does Goddess Greetings share my information with other companies or sell my information?
Goddess Greetings only shares your information with our merchant service provider in order to process your order. Although we do keep retailer contact and shipping information in our secure database, we do not sell or rent your information to anyone for any reason.
